Join in the fun and activities along the Central Ontario Loop Trail during TrailFest!

The Central Ontario Loop Trail (COLT) consists of 450 kilometres of public trails in the Counties of Northumberland, Peterborough, Hastings, and Haliburton and the City of Kawartha Lakes.  Every year in early fall, communities along these trails celebrate by organizing family-oriented trail activities. 

Trail activities will include walking, canoe and kayak demonstrations, bicycling and horseback riding.  There will be fund-raising events sponsored by organizations such as the United Way and the Heart and Stroke Foundation. 

You can make TrailFest a success by planning now to participate in one of the COLT community events.  Contact your local tourism information offices for more information on TrailFest planning.
